Your tour begins with a pickup from your hotel in central Krakow between 6:00 and 8:40 AM (time to be confirmed). Travel 1 hour and 10 minutes to Auschwitz.
Upon arrival, use your prepaid skip-the-line tickets and head straight inside. Follow your guide as they lead you through a tour of the vast complex (the whole guided tour of Auschwitz will take around 3 hours).
The English guided tour is provided by the museum - the maximum size of the group is 30 people.
Explore the buildings of the Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau camps, passing beneath the “Arbeit Macht Frei” sign at the main entrance.
Visit the original wooden barracks, the bathhouse, and the watchtower, and see the crematorium, gas chamber, and the Death Wall.
Learn more about the history of the camp and how it became one of the most notorious of the Nazi regime.
Hear about life in WWII-era Poland, and visit the on-site museum, which displays a moving collection of photographs, documents, and personal items belonging to the prisoners.
At the end of the visit, return to Krakow, where your tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel between 3:00 and 4:00 PM.
