Know Before You Go: 1. Select the transportation service you require (choose the vehicle that better fits your needs the number of passengers and luggage. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
Know Before You Go: 2. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
Know Before You Go: 3. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
Know Before You Go: 4. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
Know Before You Go: 5. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
Know Before You Go: 6. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 Small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Know Before You Go: 7. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.
