After placing your order, please contact customer service promptly. A customer service group will be created, and the driver will join the group before departure. Once you receive your disembarkation time, please send it to the group immediately so the driver can receive it and make appropriate arrangements for the rest of the trip.

Cancellation Policy: If the cruise ship is unable to dock on the day of its arrival due to weather conditions, cancellation is permitted free of charge with a full refund. (Subject to official announcements from the cruise company.)

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
