The daily service fee is HK$150 per person (same price for adults and children), totaling HK$1200 per person for 8 days, which will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.

Before departure, the travel agency will contact passengers to pay Hong Kong Airport departure tax, fuel surcharge, and other miscellaneous fees. The total amount for Hong Kong Airport departure tax and fuel surcharge is HK$1080 per person, which will be collected by the travel agency after the order is placed.

This tour will not have a Hong Kong tour leader; local guides will be responsible for your reception during the trip. The travel agency reserves the right to send supervisors to accompany the tour to ensure the quality of service. Travelers may not object or withdraw on any grounds, nor may they request a refund or refuse to pay the listed tour service fee or claim compensation.

If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number for the tour to proceed, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be issued two days prior to departure.

This tour can accommodate children under 12 years old. Children aged 2-8 years old are charged the child price without a bed. If a child needs a bed, the adult price applies. Children aged 9-64 years old are charged the adult price. Travelers over 64 years old are charged the senior citizen price.

This group is based on two adults sharing a room; if the number of participants is odd or a single person registers, an additional fee for a Single room will apply. Bed type cannot be specified and will be arranged according to the hotel's actual needs.

If the hotel you stay at has not been officially rated by the relevant authorities in accordance with national regulations, it will be marked with "Diamond Star" for your reference.

Since ticket offices at various scenic spots have the right to require visitors to show proof of age, please be sure to carry valid identification with you at all times. If you are unable to present the relevant proof in time, the scenic spot may require you to pay the difference in ticket price. Please be aware of this.

The tour fee does not include travel insurance; it is recommended that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance on their own before departure.

If you are unable to check into the hotel due to flight changes, delays, or cancellations, please note that due to the hotel's booking terms and conditions, we will not provide any refunds or rescheduling arrangements.

If a passenger is unable to dine at the restaurant due to flight changes, delays, or cancellations, a light meal box will be provided instead. Passengers may not object, demand compensation, or withdraw from the service on this basis.

All travelers must ensure they are in good health before joining the tour. While we will do our best to assist you with any health issues that may arise during the trip, we will not assume any liability.

Daily itineraries may be subject to adjustments due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise notified by our company, the team will depart as scheduled regardless of weather conditions.

If passengers fail to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure, it will be considered as an automatic abandonment, and no refund will be given. Please allow sufficient travel time.

When participating in scheduled itineraries or optional activities, travelers must follow the guidance and arrangements of staff and assess their own physical condition and abilities to determine if participation is suitable. Travelers assume all responsibility and consequences themselves and should consult a doctor or professional if in doubt. Some activities may be subject to local restrictions, and travelers may be unable to participate; the company will not provide any compensation or refund if activities are cancelled or cannot be carried out due to weather, emergency repairs, or other uncontrollable factors.
