Please enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad to check if eSIM is supported. If EID is displayed, it means eSIM is supported; if not, eSIM is not supported.
Once an order is placed, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
Please delete any unused eSIMs first to ensure that the latest eSIM can be installed smoothly.
eSIM installation requires a network connection. Please install it when you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Before using an eSIM, please be sure to disable data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid accidentally using your domestic SIM card's mobile data network and incurring high international roaming charges. You will be responsible for all related costs; no additional subsidies will be provided, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase fees, and transportation expenses.
iOS version 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS have eSIM functionality.
Samsung phones vary by country. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check with the Samsung website first.
To maintain network connection quality and uphold the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies worldwide sometimes impose data rationing on users who consume large amounts of data in a short period, which may result in internet access disruptions or slower speeds. To ensure a stable internet connection, please avoid prolonged periods of watching or downloading videos, updating software, sharing your hotspot with others, or engaging in other activities that consume excessive data.
If you encounter any connection problems, slow internet speeds, or other settings issues, please contact customer service immediately for technical assistance. After-sales service will not be available once you return to your home country. Please be aware of this.
