Please complete your visit during the exhibition period (June 19, 2026 - September 28, 2026). No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the exhibition ends.
After ordering, the system will automatically send an "electronic ticket QR code" to your email address. You can scan this code to enter the exhibition during the exhibition period.
Please present your "e-ticket" at the exhibition entrance to receive a physical redemption card. Use the card to redeem designated items in the shopping area. Note: Please keep the card safe; we are not responsible for any lost cards. Thank you for your cooperation.
Children under 1 year old enter for free. Children aged 1 to 3 years old can enjoy a half-price ticket. Children aged 3 years and above and students can enjoy discounted tickets. Please present your health insurance card or relevant supporting documents upon entry.
Unused orders can be refunded before the exhibition ends on September 28, 2026.
To protect your redemption rights, multi-person tickets must be used "at the same time and in the same place" and cannot be split for use.
Exhibition Opening Hours: Open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. Open during the summer holidays in July and August. To ensure a high-quality experience, on-site ticket sales and admission will close at 17:30; we recommend allowing at least one hour to fully experience the wonders of this fantastical world. Closed every Monday in September (except public holidays).
If a typhoon hits Taiwan, the exhibitions and activities at the National Taiwan Science Education Center will be subject to the "suspension of work and classes" announcements issued by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan and the Taipei City Government. On that day, the entire center (including permanent exhibitions, special exhibitions, shops and camp courses) will be closed.
For repeat entry on the same day, please have your hand stamped with "Entry Stamp Required for the Day" by staff at the exit. You can then re-enter with the hand stamp (valid only on the day of entry).
Strollers: Due to limited space inside the exhibition hall, please place strollers in the designated outdoor parking area. Parents are encouraged to bring baby carriers for a comfortable experience with their babies. Pets: Not allowed (except guide dogs). Large luggage: To ensure smooth movement, please store suitcases in the outdoor lockers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The facility has breastfeeding rooms on the north side of the 1st floor and the east side of B1, which are open for use on the facility's business days and during business hours.
In order to maintain the exhibits and a pleasant viewing environment, eating and drinking are prohibited inside the exhibition area, except in the souvenir area!
To provide you with the most surreal aesthetic experience, if you require food or drink during your visit, please get your hand stamp at the entrance before leaving. After finishing your meal, you can re-enter the exhibition using your hand stamp.
Coin-operated lockers are available on the first floor of the Science and Education Museum. If you have large luggage or need to find a specific locker, please contact the service desk in the lobby on the first floor. Staff will guide you.
