Participants need to be able to communicate with the guide during this tour in case of emergency. This tour is guided in Japanese only, please refrain from booking this tour if you or any of your companions can’t speak Japanese.
At the time of reservation, please inform us whether or not you can speak Japanese and the mobile phone number available in Japan by filling the request column.
Participant of this tour will ride with Japan local visitor.
As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
Please be noted that you cannot change the scheduled return location after the tour.
Please be on time for departure at every stop. The staff will reserve the right to leave on time without waiting for customers who are late.
Schedule stops and timing are subject to change with or without notice. -In case of traffic congestion or any other reasons that affect the tour schedule, the staying time at each sightseeing spot will be shortened and arrival time will be delayed.
The bus is not provided with a toilet onboard.
Items forgotten on the bus can be claimed within 2 weeks. Please understand that if such items include fresh food etc. they will be disposed as garbage.
Please refrain to participate to the bus tour with your pet.
Minimum number of participants: 15. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 3 days before the departure date, or in case of natural disasters etc. we reserve the right to cancel the tour or altering the schedule.
Please note that we might not be able to accommodate your request for a front seat in case of car sickness or offering alternative food in case of allergies.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
