  • Vehicles: No brand restrictions (1.5-year-olds must use Strider balance bikes for the competition). Participants must bring their own balance bikes and are not allowed to borrow other participants' balance bikes on site.
  • To ensure the safety of the participants, all young competitors must wear helmets (full-face helmets are strongly recommended), elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves. Those who fail to comply with these regulations will be disqualified by the organizing committee. If parents insist on sending their children off the field despite the referees' advice, the organizing committee will not be held responsible for any injuries.
  • The balance bikes used in the competition must meet safety specifications (a single bike with its pedals removed cannot be used as a balance bike); the weight of the participating vehicle must exceed 2.0 kg.
  • The tires of the vehicles used in the competition must be 12 inches; vehicles with tires smaller or larger than 12 inches will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
  • The total length of the participating vehicle, including the tires, must be no more than 960mm.
  • For racing bikes, the width of the handlebars, including the bar stops on both sides, must be within 530mm.
  • Modifications to race vehicles are permitted. Please inspect the vehicle parts for safety before the race, but brakes are not allowed.   • 2. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning signal, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above 2 hours before the event, all competitions and events on that day will be cancelled.
  • 3. If a competition is cancelled due to weather conditions or the above circumstances, the organizer will not arrange another competition, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
