Staff members are required to undergo daily health monitoring. Facilities are disinfected before and after opening each day. Parents of camp participants must wait at the entrance or watch the classes from the rest area.

  • To promote environmental protection, please bring your own water bottle, hand towels, and a heat-resistant takeaway box (at least 15 x 10 x 10 cm high) to hold your finished product. If you need to purchase a takeaway box, please inquire with the counter staff on-site.

  • The main dish the children make in the morning will be their lunch. If there are any items they don't want on the menu, please prepare a lunchbox for them yourself. We can help heat it up on-site.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the check-in process. The earliest arrival time for the morning session is 09:30. Before 10:00 and after 16:00, the instructor will not be present, and therefore, we regret that we cannot be responsible for the care and management of students; however, students will be allowed to stay in the game area or reading area within the store.

  • If the course content or time needs to be changed due to special circumstances of the teacher, consumers will be notified in advance.

  • The experience provider reserves the final right to change the course content and schedule.

  • Weather conditions: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel the course.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
