The minimum number of participants required for the group to proceed is 4. If the minimum number is not reached, the trip will be cancelled, and you will be notified via KKday App customer service. Please pay attention to the messages.

Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge, but this does not include any ticket fees such as seating or admission. Please indicate this in the booking notes and provide your passport as proof of admission on-site. If you wish to bring a stroller or wheelchair, please indicate this in the order notes.

The tour guide will be holding a "WishTravel" flag at the departure meeting point for easy identification. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Passengers arriving after departure will be considered to have automatically cancelled their trip, and no refund will be given. (Departure time is based on Korean time.)

If you cancel your trip one day or on the day of departure due to personal reasons (such as a cold, feeling unwell, or a change of heart due to weather changes), no refund will be given.

The tour includes a sauna experience. To ensure your comfort, we recommend that you prepare and bring a change of underwear, clothes, and toiletries. Additionally, we do not recommend women experience the sauna during their menstrual period. Thank you for your cooperation.

The itinerary times are for reference only and actual times may be adjusted based on traffic and weather conditions on the day. The company reserves the right to make final adjustments in the event of itinerary changes due to weather or other force majeure factors.

If you have travel companions with different names who booked together, please provide the names and order numbers of all travelers two days before departure. Otherwise, we will not be able to arrange for them to travel in the same vehicle.

The type of vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of passengers on the day. There are no assigned seats in the chartered vehicles; please take your seats in the order you board.

All travel itineraries provided by our company do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and dangers, and guests must assess their own health and capabilities before being liable for any bodily harm or injury. The company is not liable for injuries caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
