- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
- Entrance into the Sagrada Familia requires a strict dress code. Guests may not join the tour with revealing clothing, short skirts, festive attire, large bags, strollers, sharp objects, or drinks. Please dress modestly and avoid bringing restricted items.
- Please note that large bags/tripods/umbrellas/backpacks are not permitted and must be checked into the free luggage storage area. Please do not bring these items as you may need to leave the tour early to retrieve them at the entrance. Only very small bags are allowed.
- The organisation reserves the right to alter itineraries or close off areas of the basilica for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events.
- In order to comply with legal regulations, the organisation will regulate the capacity of the basilica and its areas according to criteria of safety and conservation.
- We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected; however, due to issues beyond our control, timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions.
Reminders
It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
