FAQ

1. What are the potential skin reactions or safety considerations for using the handmade perfume from the Busan DIY Perfume Class?

The handmade perfumes created in the Busan DIY Perfume Class are crafted under professional guidance and are intended for direct use. While the class focuses on safe formulation, it's always recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of skin, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Should any irritation occur, discontinue use immediately. The professional perfumer will also provide guidance on safe ingredient selection.

2. What are some recommended techniques for applying the handmade perfume created during the Busan DIY Perfume Class?

For optimal diffusion and longevity, apply your handmade perfume to pulse points such as your wrists, neck, and behind the ears. Holding the bottle a few inches away, spray a light mist. Avoid rubbing the perfume into your skin, as this can break down the fragrance molecules. For a subtle, all-over scent, you can spray a mist into the air and walk through it.

3. Is it advisable to spray the handmade perfume from the Busan DIY Perfume Class directly onto hair?

Applying perfume lightly to hair can help the scent last longer, as hair strands can hold fragrance well. However, perfumes contain alcohol, which might be drying to hair with frequent, direct application. For a safer approach, spray a little perfume onto your brush before combing it through your hair, or mist it into the air and let it gently fall onto your hair.

4. Why are pulse points recommended for applying the handmade perfume from the Busan DIY Perfume Class?

Pulse points, such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inner elbows, are areas where blood vessels are close to the skin's surface. The warmth from these points helps to subtly diffuse and intensify the fragrance of your handmade perfume throughout the day. This natural warmth aids in the gradual release of the scent, ensuring a longer-lasting and more noticeable fragrance.

5. What guidance does the professional perfumer offer to participants during the Busan DIY Perfume Class?

During the Busan DIY Perfume Class, a professional perfumer guides you through every step. They teach the basic principles of perfumery, explain the harmony of various fragrances, and help you select from over 30 ingredients. The perfumer provides personalized advice to help you design a unique scent that reflects your individual style and captures your travel memories, ensuring even beginners can create their own special perfume.

6. What kind of fragrance ingredients are available for selection in the Busan DIY Perfume Class?

In the Busan DIY Perfume Class, participants have the opportunity to explore and select from over 30 different fragrance ingredients. This wide array allows for extensive customization, enabling you to combine various notes to create a truly unique and personalized scent. You'll learn about different aroma profiles and how they can be blended to achieve your desired fragrance.

7. Is the Busan DIY Perfume Class suitable for individuals with no prior experience in perfume creation?

Yes, the Busan DIY Perfume Class is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for beginners. All steps are guided by a professional perfumer, making the process easy to follow even without prior experience. The small group setting ensures personalized instruction, allowing everyone to fully engage and express their creativity in crafting their own unique fragrance.

8. How can a personalized scent from the Busan DIY Perfume Class uniquely preserve travel memories?

Creating a personalized scent in the Busan DIY Perfume Class offers a unique way to preserve travel memories. Scents are strongly linked to memory, and by crafting a fragrance that evokes the special feelings and experiences of your trip to Busan, you create a tangible souvenir. Each time you wear the perfume, it can transport you back to those cherished moments, allowing you to relive your travel adventures.
