The face value stated on the gift certificates for goods and services on this platform is not equivalent to the price on this platform.

This discount can be applied to 600 RMB worth of food plus a 10% service charge. Any amount exceeding this will be charged separately on-site, with an additional 10% service charge applied to the difference. If prices change, please pay the difference according to the new prices.

Each set of electronic vouchers can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed, they cannot be reused. Please keep them safe. If the electronic voucher is lost or redeemed by a third party, the consumer shall bear the loss and no replacement will be issued.

For dine-in only, unlimited number of vouchers per person per visit, cannot be combined with other offers, not applicable to table service or beverages, and any price difference must be paid during special promotional events.

The menu items are adjusted according to the season, and the actual menu depends on what is available on-site.

A receipt or invoice has been issued when the tickets are sold, and no further receipt will be issued at the restaurant when the tickets are used.

This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with VIP cards or other offers (including dining vouchers). The hotel reserves the right to final interpretation of this promotion.

The discount period for this voucher is the same as the trust period (the trust period is one year from the date of sale). Services will not be provided after the expiry date. Please use the voucher within the discount period.

According to Article 2, Item 4 of the "Standardized Contract for Goods (Services) Gift Certificates" announced on April 10, 2020 (applicable from the date of announcement): Gift certificates should specify the procedure for consumers to request a refund and the amount to be refunded. Businesses may charge a handling fee for refunds, but this fee shall not exceed 3% of the refund amount. If a return is confirmed, please contact KKday customer service. A 3% handling fee will be charged before the refund. Please be aware of this.

Each member is limited to purchasing only 40 tickets within 2 months. If the purchase limit is exceeded, KKday reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Please be aware of this.

Please note that if KKday discovers that you have maliciously or improperly used KKday discount coupons or promo codes (such as nationality-restricted offers, using discounts by changing nationality, bank cardholder-restricted offers, creating multiple membership accounts to enjoy discounts repeatedly, etc.), KKday will, in our judgment, cancel the orders established using your maliciously or improperly used discount coupons or promo codes, and may remove your KKday membership account at any time without prior notice, and may claim compensation from you.
