Do not insert the SIM card before arriving at your destination, or use it in countries or regions not covered by the SIM card service. Otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the risk that the SIM card may fail to provide the expected or normal service.
Days are calculated in calendar days (days started before 23:59 are considered day one, and days started at 00:00 are considered day two).
If the data usage exceeds the SIM card's specified memory limit, the transfer speed will be throttled.
The SIM card is valid for 90 days from order confirmation and must be activated in the designated country or region. It will expire after this period, and no refund will be given.

How to Use
- Upon arrival at your destination, please insert your SIM card into the SIM card slot.
- Enable data roaming and mobile data, and turn off Wi-Fi and airplane mode.
- Wait a few minutes for the SIM card to connect to the local network; no registration is required.
- Please check and confirm that your network connection is with the specified telecom provider.
Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
