1) The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.

2) A group can be formed with 1 or more people, and each group can have a maximum of 44 people.

3) Pricing rules: Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group)

4) The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

5) We will depart as scheduled even if it rains.

6) The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons on the day. The decision rests with the organizer. The company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.

7) The peak season for cherry blossoms is from the end of March to the beginning of April. The condition of the cherry blossoms may vary depending on the weather. If the cherry blossoms are not in good condition on the day of departure, no refund will be given.

8) If strawberry picking is impossible due to insufficient harvest caused by weather or other natural factors, lunch will be provided instead.

9) Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities to determine whether they are suitable to participate before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour.

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unforeseen factors, the company's employees and related personnel are only obligated to provide full assistance. The company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.

10) The tour fee includes admission tickets to each attraction. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.

11) Each customer on a one-day tour will receive a bottle of premium deep-sea water from Korea.

12) A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!

13) If there are children under 36 months old who do not occupy a seat in the group, the child's passport must be brought and presented to the attraction staff for age verification if necessary.

14) The itinerary's attractions and return arrival times may be adjusted based on the traffic conditions of the day; guests shall not request compensation or refunds for this reason.
