【Group Formation Imminent】Plan: After placing an order, a second confirmation is required to confirm whether the group can be formed. The final confirmation from the supplier shall prevail. If the group cannot be formed, our company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.

【Group Formed】This means that there are sufficient participants for the specified departure date of this tour. However, departure is subject to other factors, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision.

The correct name, travel document number, and validity period on the travel document must be provided. The names and document information of the participants on the receipt must be clearly verified. Our company shall not be liable for any additional costs or responsibilities arising from incorrect names. All related costs and responsibilities shall be borne by the customer.

Our team calculates the standard for sharing a room based on a double room: 2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children. If the number of people booked is incorrect, the single person supplement must be purchased. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed.

The tour fee does not include service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each guest is required to pay a service fee of HK$130 per person per day (HK$520 per person for 4 days), which is the same regardless of age and will be collected upon completion of the tour.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm two working days prior to departure.

To ensure the health and safety of all tour members, if you have any symptoms of illness (such as fever, cold, cough, etc.), you will be refused to join the tour and no refund will be given.

Some facilities and activities in the scenic area may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

Please assess your physical condition and follow the instructions of the tour leader/guide on the day.

Requests for king/twin rooms or other special requests are subject to availability on the day of the hotel's booking and cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of weather or other factors, the itinerary may be changed or cancelled, and the tour time may be reduced. The company reserves all rights to make such decisions.

Tour fees are as stated at the time of registration and are subject to change without notice.

The Tourism Authority of Hong Kong (TIA) recommends that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to the final interpretation of the itinerary.
