Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Depending on the weather and other conditions on the day, the tour guide may decide to cancel or change the itinerary. Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other expenses even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- You cannot board a plane on the day you dive. Please allow approximately 12-18 hours after diving, depending on the frequency and number of dives. Diving is possible on the day of arrival.
Other important points:
- *The course will last for 3 days (actually 2 days). *The maximum number of people who can apply is 1-4. Please contact us for groups of 5 or more. *A 5,000 yen discount will be given to trial diving users who use the course within the last month. *A 500 yen fishing association usage fee will be charged per person per day.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
