Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If you cancel due to bad weather, a cancellation fee will be charged. Please cancel at least two days in advance.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Please make sure to return the item by 4:30 PM on the return date, as the number of days counts from business hours 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Returns after this time will be charged for the following day. In the event of loss or theft, you will be responsible for the full cost (60,000 to 80,000 yen). Please handle the item with care.

Participant age: 3 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: Hats, gloves, goggles, etc. are not provided. Please bring your own.
Rental equipment: A set of ski wear jacket and ski pants.

By car:
Exit the Shinshu-Nakano Interchange on the Joshinetsu Expressway
Proceed on National Route 292 and it will be on your right immediately after passing Sun Valley Ski Resort
Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station
From Nagano Station, take the Shiga Kogen Direct Bus and get off at the Maruike stop
Parking: 20 cars, Large buses: Available
By train:
Get off at Nagano Station
From Nagano Station, take the Shiga Kogen Direct Bus and get off at the Maruike stop
By other means:
Get off at Yudanaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway and take the bus for approximately 40 minutes
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
