The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their gratuities, all entrance fees for the itinerary, and round-trip transportation. The tour fee also includes entrance fees to all attractions; however, guests may purchase tickets separately for any facilities or experiences within the parks that require additional payment.

Our group is calculated based on a group of 2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, or 2 adults + 2 children sharing a room. If the group exceeds the above room standard, any extra guests or single guests will be charged a Single room surcharge.

A group can be formed with 1 or more members, and each group can have a maximum of 43 members.

The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 12 and above (occupying half a bed) are charged the adult price; children aged 3-11 (not occupying a bed) are charged the child price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group.) If a child needs a bed, please purchase the adult option.

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

We will depart as scheduled despite the rain.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and the company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.

The flowering condition of flowers may be affected by the weather. If the flowering condition is not ideal on the day of departure, our company cannot be held responsible or compensated.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in bodily injury or death, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance to the best of their ability; our company and its members bear no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered.

Each customer on a one-day tour receives a bottle of premium deep-sea water from South Korea.

A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line. Please take note!

Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and drinks, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. If you have special needs, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself, as we cannot accommodate all requests. This offer does not apply to children who do not occupy a seat and whose tour fee is waived.

If you are traveling with a child under 36 months old who does not occupy a seat, you need to bring the child's passport and show it to the attraction staff to verify their age if necessary.

We have specially arranged to provide each guest with a complimentary selected breakfast (bread/cake). *Please understand that the quantity and variety of breakfast options are limited and cannot be selected individually.

The itinerary's attractions and return arrival times are subject to change depending on traffic conditions on the day; guests are not entitled to claim compensation or refunds for this reason.
