Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • ・When our company regulations are grossly violated. ・When driving etiquette is grossly violated. (Strict adherence to rules and etiquette. Human life comes first.) ・When it is impossible to continue driving due to a serious accident, etc. ・When driving is difficult due to force majeure such as natural phenomena or a third party other than our company. If it is impossible to hold the event on the day due to snow, typhoon, etc., we will reschedule and postpone the event.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • On free practice days, only grip driving is allowed. Drifting is not permitted between 12:00 and 13:00. For drifting, a maximum of 15 cars can be on the course at the same time (same as grip driving). During the one hour driving time, 10 minutes will be spent on grip driving or resting. *Drifting for more than 50 minutes continuously is not permitted. Please contact us regarding extending drifting time.

Other important points to note:

  • Before the day of the ride, organizers are required to submit a pledge form for all participants and pay a condolence payment (500 yen per person per day for all participants) to our company. (There is no condolence payment system for motorcycles.) *The drive event organizer and related parties are also required to join the condolence payment system.

  • Rental Equipment: Vehicle rental fee: ¥2,000 per free run slot (running fee, compensation, and measuring equipment are separate charges). Measuring system usage fee (tax included): 1 day: ¥30,000 for 30 units / 1/2 day: ¥15,000 / Additional (¥500 per unit) For 30 units or less, 1 day and 1/2 day fees are ¥1,000 per unit.

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–30 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
