Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the tour is canceled due to a typhoon or poor sea conditions, we will contact you by phone or email. It may not be possible to make a decision without checking the sea conditions on the day. In such cases, we will contact you at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding. It is possible to change the tour date and time during your stay. (It may not be possible to change during peak season.)
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Please note that people with respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, pregnancy, liver problems, hangovers, or who have been drinking alcohol on the day of the tour will not be able to participate in the tour.
Other important points to note:
- *The event time may change depending on the tide level. SUP is greatly affected by the wind. Therefore, the event will be held at a location that is deemed the safest on the day. It may not be held at a location with the scenery you desire. Thank you for your understanding.

Participant age: 1 to 65 years old
Clothing and what to bring: [Clothing] Clothing that you don't mind getting wet We recommend wearing a rash guard or leggings to protect yourself from the sun. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie or similar item to tie your hair up. Please use sunscreen oils that are gentle on the ocean and coral. If you don't have any, please ask a staff member on the day. We will lend you some free of charge. [What to bring] Towel, change of clothes, and drink *If you are traveling by rental car, we recommend bringing an extra large towel to prevent the car seats from getting wet. Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet during the tour. To ensure a smooth tour, please arrive with a change of clothes.

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
