The whole process to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival has 04 simple steps:

1. Pay for the service fee

2. After your payment: Send us the required documents & we will start processing your visa application with the Vietnam Immigration Department.

3. Get the approval letter via email/ Whatsapp

4. Get visa stamped upon arrival at one of Vietnam international airports:

After receiving your visa approval letter via email/ whatsapp, you then print them out, prepare 2 passport-sized photos, original passport (valid for at least 06 months following your date of entry), and cash for stamping fee.

When you arrive at Vietnam airport, please present:

In the morning

Sending time: before 7: 00 AM (it's better to send before 22:00 the day before)

In the afternoon
