— Driver Requirement —

• Valid ID card (Thai residents) or a valid passport (Foreigners)
  
• Valid Thai Driving license (for Thais) or international Driving license (for Foreigners) of the renter and additional driver (if any)
• The renter’s credit card (with the same names as ID card)
• The minimum renter age is 21 years and the maximum 65 years. Renters aged 18–20 will incur an additional fee
  ** All documents must be original, not a copy or photos. If the renter provides incomplete documents, damaged documents and/or does not qualify Company’s terms & conditions, the Company reserves the right to refuse to rent car and not refund the prepaid booking amount **

— Package Information —

• Car rental is calculated on a 24-hour (daily) basis
• A security deposit is required by credit card only at the time of pick-up
• For vehicles with 1,200–1,800 cc, a deposit/credit hold of THB 8,000 is required
• Cash deposits and debit cards are not accepted under any circumstances
• The credit card hold is expected to be released within 30–45 days after the car is returned to allow time for traffic violation checks. Please note that you will not receive an SMS notification, so be sure to check that the hold on your credit card has been released

• Group O – ECO/Mini Car: Toyota Yaris, Toyota Yaris Ativ, Suzuki Ciaz, or similar 1.2L models
  Passenger Capacity: 4-5 seats
  Luggage Capacity: 1 × 28-inch suitcase (capacity may vary depending on the number of passengers)
  Transmission type: automatic
• Group B – Sedan Car: Honda City, Toyota Yaris, or similar 1.5L models
  Passenger Capacity: 5 seats
  Luggage Capacity: 1 × 28-inch suitcase (capacity may vary depending on the number of passengers)

• Group D – Sedan Car: Honda Civic, Toyota Altis, Toyota Corolla Altis, or similar 1.8L models

— Coverage Information —

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
  The Collision Damage Waiver helps reduce the renter’s maximum liability to THB 8,000 or THB 15,000 per incident, depending on the vehicle type, in the event of accidental damage to the rental car.
• Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) (Optional)
  Super Collision Damage Waiver, coverage for damages around the vehicle without liability
  *However, CDW and SCDW do not cover damage to tires, wheels, glass, damage to the interior of the vehicle, loss of keys or license plates, damage due to refueling with the wrong type of fuel. The coverage is applicable only when the damage is caused by an accident from normal road use driven by the person named on the rental contract and in accordance with the conditions specified in the rental contract

— Late Return Policy —

• Any additional hours requested at the time of booking will be charged at the one-day rate
• When returning the car, AVIS Thailand allows a 1-hour grace period; any return beyond this period will incur a charge of one full-day rental
