Open-Close time: From 8:00 AM- 16:00 PM (it gets dark in Trang An from 18.00, you are not recommended to join the boat trip after 16.00)
Meeting Location: Ticket Counter in the Entrance gate of Trang An Tourism Complex, Ninh Binh
Duration approx: 2 hours - 4 hours ( Optional)
Child under 90 cm high is free of charge; Child from 90 cm high to 129 cm high is charged 120,000 vnd/person; Child from 130 cm high and above is charged as adult rate.
- Cancellation 5 days before used date is refundable, cancellation from 5 days to the used date is non-refundable.
- Used date of tickets cannot be changed into another date
This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
Cutomers can choose 1 over 3 routes for the boat trip. Please contact the operator before getting on the boat to pick the desired routes.
Route 1 (1.5 hour): Phoenix Mountain (2 spiritual sites + 4 water caves);
Route 2 (2.5 hour): Cao Son - Dia Linh - Hanh Cung Vu Lam (3 spiritual sites + 4 water caves)
Route 3 (2.5 Hour): Den Trinh - Dot Cave - Den Suoi Tien (3 spiritual sites + 3 water caves)
Note:
- If you want to visit the spiritual sites, please remember the boat number and rower in case you forget them and get lost. We are not responsible for your getting lost or leaving your personal belongings on the boat.
- This is a shared boat (4-6 passengers per boat), you need to accept to sit with other passengers. If you want to sit privately, please contact Tour Operator.
