The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. The tour operator's decision in this matter is final and binding.

Please do not bring valuables as there are no lockers on the islands.

If we deem your diving / snorkeling skills or attitude may bring harm to marine life or other guests, the crew has the right to stop you from participating in this activity.

It is strictly prohibited to remove, pick up, step on, or destroy any marine life during the trip.

Participants refrain from touching and teasing turtles, marine life and coral reefs. Anyone refraining will sit out the next snorkeling.

While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during mid of the year or/and end of the year. Do be extra careful and inform our guides should you be stung. Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch.

Customers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before traveling to Borneo. We recommend you to select a travel insurance policy that covers not only your medical expenses (including emergency repatriation) but also personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage. Doing so can prevent major disruptions and additional costs. We strongly encourage our customers to choose packages wisely, prioritize your safety first as life is priceless.
