We have a lineup of signature dishes such as limited-quantity thick-sliced tongue, Japanese-style cold noodles, and Kuroge Wagyu oxtail soup simmered for over 6 hours! We also offer a rich selection of drinks, including The Premium Malts and Choten Highballs, served as a 'Kami-awa' Super Master store◎. The interior features various seating types, including fully private rooms and table seating, creating a calm, hideaway-like atmosphere. Experience the taste that impresses meat lovers and the comfort that can be enjoyed by all generations.
The owner, a meat lover, has carefully selected A5-ranked premium beef, focusing on Oita Wagyu and Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu. He is also particular about the salt and pepper, using a special salt and pepper blend created by the owner. We especially recommend the limited-edition "thick-cut tongue," which boasts exceptional tenderness. Other dishes include the original Japanese-style cold noodles and Kuroge Wagyu beef tail soup, made by simmering the tail meat for over six hours. Be sure to try them.
At our restaurant, we are masters of divine foam, and you can enjoy the divine foam of The Premium Malt's. We also offer Choten Highballs and Yamazaki. Glasses are carefully hand-washed, and we take great care with every detail. Enjoy a blissful moment with a drink that pairs perfectly with meat.
