We offer courses featuring crab, beef, pork, and vegetable shabu-shabu. All ingredients are all-you-can-eat, and we also have courses where you can enjoy premium ingredients such as King Crab and Hokkaido Wagyu beef. We have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, including the Hokkaido-exclusive 'Sapporo Classic', making it perfect for banquets. Semi-private seating is available for groups of 2 or more, making it ideal for dates as well. Enjoy delicious ingredients in a lively restaurant with a view of the Susukino nightscape.
Please enjoy the Houkangani crab, also known as the "phantom crab" due to its scarce catch, as part of our course menu. Its firm flesh has a rich sweetness and umami, and is even more mellow than the king crab, a synonymous luxury ingredient. In addition to the Houkangani crab, the "All-You-Can-Eat Select Crab, Beef Tongue & Wagyu Shabu-Shabu" course includes all-you-can-eat Hokkaido Wagyu beef and beef tongue. You can enjoy a variety of luxury ingredients at a reasonable price.
We offer three all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu courses, including crab, beef and pork, as well as seasonal fresh vegetables and seafood, carefully selected mushrooms, carefully selected raw meatballs, and fresh seasonal fruits. You can choose two of the five types of shabu-shabu dashi. Our recommendation is the "Luxurious Sea Urchin Dashi," which lets you directly experience the taste of sea urchin and goes perfectly with the crab. Enjoy the rich harmony that spreads in your mouth.
Located on the 9th floor of a building, our restaurant offers a view of the nightscape of the Susukino shopping district from the windows. The interior is reminiscent of a good old Japanese port bar, and is enjoyed by both Japanese and foreign customers. The lively restaurant also has semi-private table seating separated by noren curtains, making it ideal for dates. It can also be used for a variety of occasions, such as celebrations and business entertainment.
We offer a variety of alcoholic drinks, including highballs, sours, shochu, and red and white wines. We recommend the Sapporo Classic beer, made with ingredients exclusively from Hokkaido. It is a rare brand that is only available in Hokkaido, so we recommend it especially for guests from outside the prefecture.
