- After the phone is launched, most mobile phones will automatically identify the APN. If the device cannot identify it, please set it according to the APN information on the SIM card.
- If it is a dual-SIM phone, please insert the SIM card into the main SIM card slot 1 and leave the SIM card slot 2 empty.
- For general smartphones, you can enable the SIM card by turning on the mobile data/data roaming function. The SIM card will automatically turn on and have unlimited additional settings. If it does not automatically turn on, please follow the steps below to enable it:
- Android APN settings: Insert SIM card > Settings > General > Mobile Services > Enable Mobile Data/Data Roaming > Select 4G/LTE > Mobile Data Network > Access Point Name (APN) > Set according to the APN information on the SIM card.
- iOS APN settings: Insert SIM card > Settings > Mobile Services > Mobile Data Options > Data Roaming > Select 4G/LTE > Settings > Mobile Data Network > Set according to the APN information on the SIM card.
- It is recommended to use the card within 90 days after receiving it
