Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the tour is deemed dangerous due to bad weather, the tour may be canceled, the course may be changed, or the time may be shortened. If the tour is canceled before departure on the day of departure, a full refund will be given.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・If you have a medical history that requires special attention, have had major surgery in the past, or have a physical disability, please let us know in advance when you apply for the tour. ・If you have a cardiovascular disease, you will need the consent of a doctor. ・Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
Other important points:
- *Please note that a mountain environmental conservation contribution of 1,000 yen will be required. - If it is difficult to continue the tour due to poor health or physical condition of the customer, or if it is determined that the customer will cause inconvenience to other customers, we may ask you to refrain from participating in the tour even on the day. In such cases, please note that no refunds will be given for the tour. - Depending on the situation, there may be danger, so please cooperate by following the guide's instructions. - Private charter plans are available for an additional 10,000 yen.

What to wear and bring: Lunch box. If you want to start walking early in the morning, bring a packed lunch for breakfast and lunch. (You can order these at your accommodation the day before the tour. If not, your guide can order them for you. Please feel free to let us know. We can also pick up your lunch on the day of the tour!) Snacks. Drinks. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
