Your journey begins in the early hours of the morning, where our friendly driver will pick you up directly from your hotel. The exact pick-up time depends on your location, with Ubud guests typically picked up around 3 AM, while those staying outside Ubud will start earlier at around 2 AM. Arrival at Starting Point & Jeep Transfer (04:00 AM) Upon arrival at our basecamp, you will be warmly welcomed by our local team. Take a short break and prepare for your jeep adventure. The jeep journey begins as you ride through rugged paths, volcanic sand, and dark mountain trails under the starlit sky. Feel the excitement as the jeep climbs higher, offering a unique off-road experience that combines both thrill and comfort. Unlike trekking, this option allows you to enjoy the beauty of Mount Batur without physical strain, making it suitable for all types of travelers. You will arrive at the sunrise viewpoint just before dawn, giving you time to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The cool mountain air, the quiet surroundings, and the gradual change of colors in the sky create a truly magical moment. Your guide will help you find the best spot for photos while you wait for the sun to rise. As the sun slowly rises above the horizon, the sky transforms into shades of orange, pink, and gold. This is the highlight of your tour, where you can capture stunning photos and create unforgettable memories. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Batur, Lake Batur, and the surrounding mountains while taking in the beauty of nature at its finest. After the sunrise, your adventure continues based on your selected add-on.   • Please bring a jacket, wear warm clothing, and bring some cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • If you’re staying in Tulamben, Karangasem, Uluwatu, Candidasa, or Amed, there will be an extra charge of IDR 200,000 for pick-up and drop-off service, payable in cash to our driver.
  • If you’re staying in Buleleng, Singaraja, Jembrana, Negara, Munduk, Bedugul there will be an extra charge of IDR 300,000 for pick-up and drop-off service, payable in cash to our driver.
  • If you’re staying in Uluwatu, Pecatu, Benoa there will be an extra charge of IDR 100.000/car for pick-up and drop-off service, payable in cash to our driver.

Reminders

  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
