- After purchasing your ticket, simply present your voucher at the exhibition hall ticket office during the designated period (27-29 March 2026) to exchange it for an admission ticket.
- This event uses a QR code for exchanging physical admission tickets, gifts, and cash vouchers. Customers must present their KKday QR code at the ticket office of Halls 5, 7, or 9 at the AsiaWorld-Expo to redeem their admission tickets (1/F).
- The exhibition will stop admitting visitors 30 minutes before its daily closing time.
- One ticket per person and subject to admission rules.
- Free admission for children aged under 3, seniors aged 65 or above, and persons with disabilities.
- Limited free admission; first-come, first-served.
- Visitors must wear non-slip socks with rubber grips on the bottom to enter the inflatable playground.
- Guests holding the platform's e-ticket must go to the on-site ticketing counter to present the QR code and exchange it for a physical ticket.
- A physical ticket must be presented for admission.
- Ticket exchange is not available outside of operating hours, and entry will stop half an hour before closing time.
