The type of ski equipment cannot be changed: No last-minute changes will be accepted after registering for a ski/snowboard course.
Please allow enough time to rent and put on your ski equipment before class. If you are late, you will not be able to postpone the class or get a refund.
Being late for more than 15 minutes will be deemed as giving up voluntarily: please report on time. Latecomers will not be accepted and will not be given extra time, extension or refund.
If you are found to not meet the age limit for a course upon enrollment, you will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the course and will not be able to attend the course, transfer your enrollment to another person, or apply for a refund.
