Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.
If you need to pick up or drop off the vehicle outside of Fukuoka City, an empty vehicle fee will be charged (payable to the driver in Japanese Yen cash); please clearly indicate the pick-up/drop-off location in the order notes for customer service confirmation.
If the service time exceeds 9 hours, an overtime service fee of 10,000 yen per hour will be charged, with any fraction of an hour counted as a full hour. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
If the trip is delayed due to passenger lateness, passengers can choose to shorten the trip or retain the trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.
Furthermore, to ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions.
If there is vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
If accommodation is required in cities other than Fukuoka, an additional subsidy of at least 15,000 yen for the driver's accommodation expenses will be required, or the actual cost will be charged based on the region and season. The quote provided by customer service after placing the order will be the final price.
The first child seat/wheelchair is provided free of charge. The second seat/wheelchair will cost 1,000 yen per day. Please make a note and place your order when booking.
To ensure a smooth journey, please be sure to depart on time according to the pick-up time specified in your booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not been contacted, the driver has the right to leave without a refund. If the trip is delayed due to the passenger's lateness, the trip will be shortened at the guest's discretion, or the full trip will be retained and the corresponding overtime fee will be charged.
Customer service hours are from 09:00 to 18:00.
For multi-day private charter car services, please make a note when placing your order so that customer service can confirm; additional payment is required, please be aware.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver can suggest a return time or adjust the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions.
If your travel is affected by force majeure events such as flight cancellations or significant flight delays, please contact the driver or customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant proof. Customer service will provide a full refund or change your travel date free of charge, depending on the circumstances.
If you need to make changes to your itinerary, please do so no later than 5:00 PM Japan time the day before your departure.
Each vehicle type has passenger and luggage capacity limits. Please be sure to select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage, and specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle type limit on the day of your trip, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and will not provide a refund.
Please note that the driver prioritizes safe driving and can assist in recommending reasonable itineraries and provide basic translation services. However, guided tours of attractions are not provided.
