2. This activity will be led by an English-speaking guide. Please prepare warm clothing and non-slip shoes in advance.
3. It takes about 30 minutes or more to walk from the parking lot to Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park.
4. As the monkeys in Hell Valley are wild animals, you may not see them during the trip. If you do see monkeys, please do not touch them or look them directly in the eye. Monkeys do not spend most of their time in water, so you may not see them when you arrive at Hell Valley. Please be aware of this.
5. Passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult throughout the trip; passengers aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip. Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and those with a fear of heights are not suitable for this tour.
6. To avoid any losses, please do not schedule any follow-up activities on the day of the tour, such as restaurant reservations, flight or train bookings. Please be aware of this!

This activity is for one person only. The type of bus (medium or small) will be arranged according to the number of participants. If the number of people is small, the driver will be the guide.
Please be sure to strictly adhere to the meeting time and the vehicle will depart on time. No refunds or changes will be accepted if you are late.
The scheduled time and itinerary may vary depending on the traffic conditions on the day. No refunds will be requested due to this.
No refund will be given if the traveler abandons the tour due to personal reasons. The traveler will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Please understand.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
