Summary of the Contract Terms for Domestic Recruitment-Organized Tours of the Nanki Health Tourism Association
・Participation in this tour requires submission of the designated registration form and payment of the registration fee. Reservations can also be made by phone or online, but the registration fee must be paid within 7 days. Minors require the consent of their legal guardian, and participants under junior high school age may be required to be accompanied by a companion. ・The tour fee must be paid in full 14 days prior to departure. The fee includes accommodation, meals, transportation, etc., but does not include personal expenses.
Regarding Cancellation Fees: After signing the contract, if you cancel your trip due to personal reasons, you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the following standards (based on the travel cost):
20 days to 8 days before departure: 20%
7 to 2 days before departure: 30%
One day before departure: 40%
Departure day (before the trip starts): 50%
Those who did not notify and did not attend: 100%
・No refunds will be given for cancellations or dropouts after the tour has begun. However, if the tour cannot be continued due to natural disasters or transportation issues, a partial refund may be given at the discretion of the tour operator.
・You may or may not be traveling with a tour group. Itinerary management and safety measures will be implemented depending on the situation. If illness or an accident occurs during the trip, necessary assistance will be provided, but any related expenses may be borne by the passenger.
