一般社團法人南紀健康觀光協議會之國內募集型企劃旅行契約條件摘要
・參加本行程須提交指定報名表並支付報名費。亦可透過電話或網路預約,但需於7日內繳交報名費。未成年人需經法定代理人同意,且國中生以下的參加者可能需有同行者方可參加。・旅行費用須於出發日前14天前全額支付。費用中包含住宿費、餐費、交通費等,但不包含個人消費支出。
關於取消費用
簽訂契約後,若因個人因素取消行程,將依下列標準收取取消費用(以旅行費用為基準):
出發日前20日至8日:收取20%
出發日前7日至2日:收取30%
出發前一日:收取40%
出發當日(行程開始前):收取50%
未通知且未參加者:收取100%
・行程開始後中途取消或脫隊者,恕不退費。但若因天災或交通工具等因素導致行程無法繼續,則可能酌情退還部分費用。
・行程中可能會有隨團人員陪同或無隨行人員,將視情況採取行程管理與安全措施。若旅途中發生疾病或事故,將提供必要的協助,但產生的相關費用可能需由旅客自行負擔。
・契約條件之更動及行程中糾紛所需之補償也有相應規定,符合條件者將可獲得變更補償金。請務必充分理解本契約內容後再進行報名。
集合地點將為JR松山車站或松山機場,依參加者前一晚的住宿地點或入境日期進行調整。最終出發地點將於出發前約10天以最終行程通知書方式提供。亦有可能安排兩地皆停靠,敬請理解。
行程中會有長時間行駛山路,且有兩天需搭乘船舶。容易暈車或暈船的旅客,請自備暈車(船)藥。
由於日照強烈,請攜帶遮陽用品並穿著便於調節體溫的衣物。
參加無人島行程與銀魚(しらす)漁撈體驗時,可能會弄濕腳部,建議攜帶防滑拖鞋或可弄濕的運動鞋。
雖為電動腳踏車,但部分路段有較陡的坡道,如對自身體力不安,請事先告知工作人員。
晚餐預計提供海膽、鮑魚等食材,如不喜歡者請於出發前事先告知。
銀魚蓋飯將提供生食與水煮兩種,如不習慣生食者,請選擇水煮版本享用。
是否成行將於出發日前13天的18:00前通知,並發送至您登記的電子信箱。
即使下雨行程照常舉行。不過因天候影響,部分活動可能取消或更改,敬請理解。屆時將依實際情況進行調整,例如: 無人島巡航 → 更改為裂織體驗 銀魚漁撈體驗 → 更改為佐田岬博物館參訪
