- Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance and no last-minute reservations are allowed. Once the group is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Children over 11 years old are charged the same price as adults; children aged 5-10 years old are charged 75% of the adult price; children aged 3-4 years old are charged 50% of the adult price; children under 2 years old are free of charge (excluding attraction tickets).
- The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before the departure date.
- To apply for travel liability insurance, please be sure to fill in the "Personal Passenger Information" form. If you have a child under 2 years old, please note this when placing your order.

- Guests with limited mobility or those who are 5 months pregnant or older are not recommended to participate in the Lulong Bay cruise. Please consider carefully before booking.
