Please arrive at the meet up location 10-15 minutes before the meet up time, no waiting time. Latecomers cannot request amendments, cancellations or refunds on this ground.

The activity arrangement will be adjusted according to the conditions of participants, facilities and weather factors. Safety and overall quality are the highest considerations. Please follow the instructions of the coach or team leader.
Please bring enough water, change of clothes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, rain gear, seasickness medicine and other supplies.
In the event of irresistible factors such as typhoons, heavy rain, water conditions, etc., the company has assessed that the day is not suitable for activities, and the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation.
If there are changes due to factors such as weather or venue, we will notify you by phone or message as soon as possible, so that you can fully understand the situation. Please ensure that the contact information is correct. If you fill in the wrong information and cause subsequent failure to contact you, your rights may be damaged (for example: unable to participate in the event), and no refund will be possible.
During the event, the company will provide accompanying photos, and the company has the right to use the photos in the event and publish them on webpages, communities or advertisements.
Please wear swimwear or non-absorbent clothing to go into the water. Those who are afraid of the sun, please wear thin long sleeves, tight pants, and hats. If you are short-sighted, please try to wear contact lenses to avoid falling into the stream.
There is no storage equipment on site, please do not bring valuables.
There are no toilet facilities on site, please bring your own set of clothes and towels, which will be changed in the changing tent after the event.
If you do not participate in the event due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period, extensions and refunds will not be accepted. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading this clause before making payment, and understand and bear the relevant risks.
The activity will run normally on rainy days. If the Central Weather Bureau issues sea/land or heavy rain warnings, the activity will be postponed or cancelled.
If the above-mentioned alarm takes effect during the activity or the coach judges that the activity cannot be carried out safely and terminates the activity early, no refunds or replacements will be arranged.
Late/no-show: If a participant is overdue for more than 20 minutes from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach of the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting
