Neuschwanstein Castle is currently undergoing restoration, so the tour route inside the castle may differ from the usual route.
Inside the castle, guides will be available in English, Japanese or German. A Japanese guide will accompany you, but due to regulations, they are not able to provide guidance within the grounds. Explanations will be given in Japanese outside the castle.
The shuttle bus to Neuschwanstein Castle is only available for the uphill route, but in winter or when service is suspended or restricted due to overcrowding, you will have to walk and no refunds will be given.
Please note that Wieskirche may be closed to visitors due to religious events, etc. In such cases, you will only be able to see the exterior of the church, and no refunds will be given.
Please note that you will not be able to visit Marienbrücke if it is closed due to weather or if access is restricted due to safety reasons due to congestion. Additionally, Marienbrücke is not open during the winter (November to March).
