－Introductory Diving－
Curious about the underwater ecosystem? This diving activity is suitable for non-swimmers, with a depth of approximately 3 - 10 meters. Instructors will teach you how to use the equipment on land and accompany you throughout the session, allowing you to experience underwater breathing and observe the seabed up close. You can also visit the underwater mailbox to post a postcard (requires the purchase of a special waterproof postcard).

- Land-based instruction (equipment fitting, scuba gear usage, water safety education)
- Change into swimwear and collect gear such as wetsuits and diving boots
- Travel to the dive site (please provide your own transportation to the Suogang Hangwan Underwater Mailbox)
- Underwater experience (water-based review, introductory dive, mail delivery)
- Return to the shop to shower and freshen up

Purchase Notice
- The experience is limited to healthy people aged 12 to 60 years old, without any of the following symptoms (such as colds, ear-related diseases, pregnant women, asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, osteoporosis, claustrophobia, and those weighing more than 100 kg).
- If the participant is under 18 years old, a written agreement signed by a guardian is required ( click here to download ). If a guardian accompanies the participant, they can sign on site.
Before the event
- Please bring your own swimming clothes (swimsuits, swimming trunks, surf trunks and other non-absorbent clothing), spare clothes, towels and toiletries; those with myopia are advised to use disposable contact lenses.
- For your own safety, please do not drink alcoholic beverages before and during the event.
During the event
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity to avoid being late and affecting the rights of yourself and other passengers, while ensuring the quality of the activity experience; if you arrive more than 10 minutes before the registration time, it will be deemed as cancellation of the activity and no refund will be given.
- To meet insurance requirements, participants are required to fill in basic information (including name, ID number, date of birth, emergency contact information) and an activity affidavit when registering for the event. Non-Taiwanese travelers are also required to provide their passport number.
- You must follow the coach's instructions throughout the activity. If you feel any physical discomfort during the activity, you must report it to the coach immediately.
- There is an underwater mailbox in the Hangwan area. If you want to post mail, you need to purchase special waterproof postcards. They are sold in the store and each costs NT$ 100.
- If the event cannot be carried out due to weather factors, our customer service will help you with subsequent matters such as changing the event or refunding the fee.
Friendly reminder
- Smoking is strictly prohibited during the event and in all indoor and courtyard areas. If you need to smoke, please go to an open area outdoors. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- A few words of caution after waxing: To prevent infection or inflammation, it is safer to participate in water activities three days after waxing.

In order to maintain the safety and quality of the experience, the company reserves the right to stop the activity in order to protect the safety of participants in the event of any of the following conditions (sea conditions, weather conditions, physical and mental conditions of participants, or failure to follow the instructions of coaches and staff during the activity). No refunds will be given.
Participants need to prepare their own transportation (motorcycle or car) to the meeting point and activity area.
This activity will be conducted in the Hangwan (Undersea Postbox) area first. If the sea area is not suitable for launching, we will evaluate the weather and sea conditions to select a suitable sea area. We apologize for your understanding.
After the diving experience, in order to avoid "decompression sickness" (diving sickness), please wait 12 hours after the activity before boarding the plane. Therefore, it is not recommended to arrange the itinerary on the last day of the trip.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
