We offer a breakfast set with over 15 items, mainly made with locally produced ingredients from Kagoshima. Enjoy the best quality white rice, made fresh from the oven. Cooked in a specially ordered earthenware pot from Isshiro Kama, considered the pinnacle of Hagama earthenware pots, you can savor the delicious flavor of the plump, risen rice grains.
The grilled fish included with the set meal is selected by the customer after ordering, and then carefully grilled over charcoal. In addition, Kagoshima's specialty "Satsumaage" and local seasonal vegetables can be grilled to your liking on a mini charcoal grill on the table, and enjoyed piping hot. Furthermore, the seaweed that accompanies the rice is served in a special "charcoal-filled seaweed box." The far-infrared rays built into the box create a warm, fragrant, and crispy texture.
The dried bonito flakes used are from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture. A special shaving machine has been used to achieve an astonishing thickness of just 0.01 mm. The freshly shaved bonito flakes have a moist, fluffy texture and a rich aroma, making them a perfect match for rice!
