ー Store Introduction ー
Right by Uozu Station◆Enjoy the flavors of a long-established restaurant, served with heart and skill, and indulge in local Uozu, Toyama cuisine and ingredients you can only taste here

Founded in 1908, Kaifu Tei is a long-established restaurant where the 5th generation couple welcomes guests with pride in their traditional flavors and skills, with a mission to 'share the story of Uozu' through food you can only experience here. We offer a wide variety of dishes, including seafood made with seasonal catches from Toyama Bay, known as a 'natural fish preserve,' and local Uozu specialties. Furthermore, our Toyama-born sommelier will serve local sake, wine, shochu, and beer that perfectly pair with your meal. Please enjoy a special moment in our calm, Japanese-style space that lets you feel the history.
The deep-sea fish genge, which spoils quickly, is so rare that it is written in kanji as "phantom fish," and our proud dish "Genge Tatsuta-age" has been featured in a certain famous gourmet manga and various other media. We also offer a wide variety of dishes unique to Uozu, such as "Uozu Baimeshi," the staff meal of Uozu fishermen made with scallops, "Seafood Bowl" with an abundance of seasonal seafood, and several course plans including "Seafood Meal (4,620 yen)," where you can enjoy the seafood of Toyama Bay to your heart's content.
