📢 This product departs twice a week, every Monday and Friday.
1. When making a reservation, you must provide the English name of all users (=English name on passport - for yacht product insurance purposes).
2. Since this is a joint tour, you must be on time for the meeting. If you are not in the first-floor lobby at the designated time, the tour will depart without prior notice. (Changes/cancellations are not permitted.)
3. If your meeting time is 09:00-09:10, you must wait in the 1st floor lobby from 09:00.
4. Luggage storage on the yacht is difficult. If you are moving to a Pattaya hotel or checking out, please store your luggage at the hotel and then pick it up.
5. It's convenient to wear your swimsuit underneath your clothes during the tour. You can shower at your accommodation in Pattaya.
6. Thailand's rainy season runs from May to October, with frequent rain and squalls. Tours will still operate even in rainy weather.
7. Before the tour, the tour company will check the local weather conditions. If the tour is not possible, the tour company will contact the hotel and provide a full refund.
8. If the customer decides not to attend, a refund is not possible.
9. If the tour cannot be used due to bad weather after it has already started, a full refund will not be given.
10. Pregnant women are not permitted to use the facility.
11. The schedule may change depending on weather conditions on the day (snorkeling points, schedule, etc.).
12. This tour has a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes the day before or on the day of the tour are not permitted for any reason (e.g., hospitalization, return to Korea due to death of a Korean official, etc.). Please consider your purchase carefully.
13. Insurance is governed by Thai law and applies only during the tour. It does not apply to medical treatment in Korea. As compensation is limited and the process is cumbersome, we recommend purchasing separate travel insurance in Korea.

15. We will pick you up from your Bangkok hotel and drive you in a private vehicle.
16. A Toyota Camry luxury sedan will be assigned for groups of 1-3 people, and a Toyota Commuter van will be assigned for groups of 4 or more.
17. Minimum departure is 2 adults. Reservations for 1 person are not allowed, and reservations for 1 adult + 1 child are not allowed.
