－Important Information－

Pick-up & Drop-off: Complimentary pick-up is available from hotels or residences within Kuala Lumpur city.

  • We offer free pick-up from any hotel, residence, or apartment within a 5 km radius of Kuala Lumpur city center. For locations beyond this range, additional charges will apply. Please be ready in the lobby at the scheduled time, as the driver will pick you up for your tour experience.

－KUALA LUMPUR 10-HOUR ITINERARY (CUSTOM)－

  • Petronas Twin Towers – Iconic photo stop and city views
  • Batu Caves – Explore the Hindu temple and towering golden statue
  • Bukit Bintang – Shopping and dining hotspot
  • Merdeka Square – Historical landmarks and colonial architecture
  • KL Tower (Menara Kuala Lumpur) – City views from the observation deck
  • Central Market – Souvenir shopping and local crafts

－Optional 12-Hour Extension－

  • If travelers choose the 12-hour tour, they can either add more attractions or enjoy more relaxed exploration time at each location.

－Surcharges－

  • A surcharge applies for pick-up locations outside the designated city zone (based on the selected location).
  • Additional fees apply for:
           - Baby seats: RM50 per seat
           - Luggage over 20kg: RM15 per item
           - Extra passengers beyond the package limit: RM15 per person (Max: 12 pax)
  • Language-specific tour guides or custom requests may incur extra charges.
  • Overtime charges will apply if the activity exceeds the scheduled duration.
  • A public holiday or peak season surcharge may apply; this will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • A late-night surcharge of RM50 applies for pick-ups or drop-offs between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • For tours that exceed the booked duration, the following overtime rate applies:
            - Premium Coaster Bus: RM500 per hour

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
