👉 If the tour exceeds this time, an additional fee of KRW 20,000 per hour will apply, payable directly by the customer to the driver.
👉 This includes the entire time spent at tourist attractions.
👉 In this case, only the 3-hour base fee is prepaid. The extra hours (e.g., 2 additional hours) must be paid on-site by the customer.
❗ Cancellation & Change Policy
✅ Full refund for cancellations made at least 3 days before the tour date
❌ No refund for cancellations made within 2 days of the tour date or on the day of use
⏰ Time changes are not allowed.
→ Please cancel and rebook if you need to change the time.
📵 If the customer is unreachable and more than 20 minutes late, the booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
📞 If contact is made and the delay is due to traffic, the driver can wait up to 1 hour, but the tour will still end at the originally scheduled time.
(e.g., If your booking is from 12:00–15:00 and you board at 13:00, the tour still ends at 15:00.)
📅 For tours on weekends or public holidays, cancellations or changes are only accepted by 3:00 PM on the Friday or the last working day before the tour.
