- Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance and no last-minute reservations are allowed. Once the group is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Children over 11 years old are charged the same price as adults; children aged 5-10 years old are charged 75% of the adult price; children aged 3-4 years old are charged 50% of the adult price; children under 2 years old are free of charge (excluding attraction tickets).
- The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before departure.
- To apply for travel liability insurance, please be sure to fill in the "Personal Passenger Information" form. If you have a child under 2 years old, please note this when placing your order.
- If you have any special dietary needs, please inform us in the remarks section when ordering.
- Guests with limited mobility or those who are 5 months pregnant or older are not recommended to participate in the Lulong Bay cruise. Please consider carefully before booking.
- You must provide the name of the representative + local Vietnamese phone number (if none) + email + communication software account.
- Once the group is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
- If part of the itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic or weather, please contact us and we will consider processing a partial refund based on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
