- Itinerary - 

1. Select Kimono / Yukata (approx. 20 minutes)
Whether you prefer a cute and lively style or a mature and elegant look, we have it all. You can mix and match the kimono obi belt according to your preference; different patterns of obi belts and collars can create various styles.

2. Dressing (approx. 20 minutes)
You will be dressed in no time! Rest assured that your outfit will stay secure even after wearing it all day.

3. Hair Styling (approx. 15 minutes)
Get a boost in charm with a professional hairstyling service! Choose from 5 different styles for both long and short hair (additional fee applies).

4. Departure
Once dressed, you are ready to start your journey in Nara! 

5. Return
Return to the shop by 18:00 on the same day to return your kimono.

Purchase Notice

  • The summer yukata supply period is from June 1st to September 30th. It may be extended or shortened depending on the weather of the season. During non-summer yukata supply periods, kimono services are provided.
  • Adult experience participants must be over 145cm tall. We cannot provide experience to pregnant passengers.
  • Return the next day: Return before 12:00 the next day, additional fee is ¥1,000 (please bring ¥10,000 deposit and ID or passport for copying and record keeping).
  • If you need to purchase additional makeup services, please make a note in the order form. (Makeup service includes: single color eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, eyebrows, blush, lipstick. Price before tax: 1,380 yen)

Reminders

  • The dressing time from check-in to departure is approximately one hour.

  • If any accessories are damaged, compensation will be required based on the price, please be informed.

  • Additional hairstyling purchases on site must be paid in cash in Japanese yen.

  • The store provides free storage for personal belongings, so please take your valuables with you.

  • Returns after 12:01 on the second day of rental will be charged according to the one-day rental price of the rental package

  • The business hours are only until 18:00, so it is recommended to return one hour in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
