- If you order a preferred grandstand or basement grandstand, availability is not guaranteed and depends on the supplier's confirmation of availability.
- If the steam train is cancelled on the day due to malfunction or weather, the tour will proceed and the train ticket will be refunded.

- The minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed is 6. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 3 days prior to departure.
- Please note that Seal Rock is a subject of adjustment in the itinerary; whether or not you can visit it will depend on train departure times.
- Please note that the return time to Melbourne city center will be calculated based on the penguin return time.
- This tour features a Mandarin-speaking driver/guide. To allow guests more time for sightseeing, all attractions will be visited independently.
- In autumn and winter, the coastal areas are cold and windy, so please bring warm clothing. In summer, the sun is strong, so please bring sun protection products and clothing, and beware of flies. However, the mountains and beaches are still cooler than the inland plains.
- The journey is long, please bring your own motion sickness medication and water.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
