The restaurant offers dishes that value Yomitan's ingredients and traditional culture, as well as dishes that cater to modern health-conscious tastes, including Basque cheesecake and medicinal soup, which the manager himself has created through trial and error, and a rich, homemade potato salad that exudes the warmth of home cooking. The dishes are cooked in a bamboo steamer to reduce oil, making them both beautiful to look at and healthy. They also incorporate fermented foods such as salt koji and soy sauce koji to create dishes that combine deep flavor and nutrition. Guests can also enjoy creative dishes based on Okinawan cuisine with international twists.

We have a wide lineup of drinks, including awamori, local sake, sake, and craft beer. We also have a wide selection of imported beers, as well as craft beers brewed in the prefecture and awamori from all over the prefecture. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
