• Send your vehicle license plate number and tour guide's contact information via SMS or SNS the day before departure.
• If you use LINE / WECHAT, please be sure to enable friend invitations and receive messages from strangers.
[Fee Information]
• The tour fee includes tips for local drivers and guides, as well as accommodation, entrance fees, some meals, and round-trip transportation costs as listed in the itinerary.
• The minimum number of participants per group is 1 person, and the minimum number of participants per group is 42. If guests do not meet the minimum number of participants per group and wish to travel as a private group, additional fees will apply.
• A Single room surcharge applies for each night when booking as a single person.
• The minimum size for SKI ski equipment is 17cm (foot length), and the minimum size for SNOWBOARD ski equipment is 21cm (foot length). If children under 3 years old want to ski, they can ask the guide on-site to see if the minimum size equipment fits them. If it does, payment can be made on the spot.
Children aged 3 to under 12 are charged the child price; those 12 and older are charged the adult price; children under 36 months are free. (Free children will not receive meals, a seat on the bus, admission tickets, or other amenities.)
Please take good care of all rented equipment. Any damage or loss will be charged at the original price (a fee of 30,000 Korean Won will be charged for each lost goggle).
[Travel Information]
• Generally, rainy days will not affect the trip. In the event of natural disasters that prevent departure, the departure date can be changed free of charge or a full refund can be given.
Room Arrangement:
SONO Ski Resort (Building/room type cannot be specified and is subject to the resort's arrangement on the day of check-in. Please note any special requests.)
A Family Room will be arranged for groups of 2-3 people, and a Suite Room will be arranged for groups of 4-5 people.
Building A – 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms
Building B - 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms
Building C - 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 bathroom
• Ski clothing and equipment are required to enter the ski resort. Children who are admitted free of charge and non-skiers who do not have the necessary clothing and equipment must wait outside the resort.
• A ski instructor can teach a maximum of 15 to 17 students.
• The itinerary may be adjusted according to local conditions. If attractions are temporarily closed due to safety checks, the company will not be liable or provide a refund.
• All itineraries provided by our company do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and dangers. Guests should assess their own health and abilities to determine if they are suitable to participate. Our company will not be liable for any bodily injury or death caused by accidents due to force majeure or unpredictable factors.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Option B Snowboard: The fee includes snowboard attire, equipment, goggles, and a 1-hour beginner Snowboard lesson. Lessons are only offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; not offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
When registering as a single person, a Single room surcharge will be charged per night.
